I’ve been doing one blog entry per day for months now. Once in a while two, but at least one per day since, what, last summer? Maybe longer?
Today, I’m going to go crazy and make at least four entries.
And instead of making each one a sort of “instant newspaper column,” which has been my MO for the year or so I’ve been doing this blog, I’m going to try to get in and get out. Identify a topic, express my opinion, leave. Sort of like radio on the Web.
Some of you have complained that I write too long. Maybe I do. But I write as much as I like because this is cyberspace, with no limits aside on how long I bang away at the keyboard — aside from collapsing carpal tunnels and my need to occasionally eat or leave the house.
Generally, though, it is a good rule of thumb that a writer shouldn’t blow through topics too quickly. You might need one of those tomorrow or next week. Why burn it now?
But I feel reckless. Outta control. So, here we go … at least four entries in one day. Feb. 26, 2009: The Day Dude Flipped Out!
