This would be just laugh-out-loud funny if the man weren’t killing his own people. That sociopathic side keeps him from being a comedy act.

I don’t like the way that Libya is going. Looks like civil war, day by day.

Anyway, not to make light of what has to be a hideous situation, but Qaddafi seems to have an outfit for every occasion.
